Directs the organization’s AI Governance program, developing frameworks, policies, risk assessments, inventories, compliance processes, and responsible AI practices. Partners with Information Security, Data Privacy, Legal, Vendor Management, Ethics, and IT to evaluate AI vendors, review contracts, support audits, provide expert guidance, and deliver training. The role requires expertise in NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, and AI compliance within healthcare or another highly regulated industry.

Leads the enterprise data governance strategy, framework, roadmap, policies, standards, and data quality programs. Establishes metadata, lineage, master data, classification, access, and privacy practices while partnering with IT and Security to support secure AI initiatives. The role resolves cross-functional data issues, aligns governance with regulatory requirements, measures data quality, and develops the governance team in a regulated healthcare or technology environment.

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and self-paced technical training for customers and internal staff. Create eLearning, manage LMS publishing, run admin workshops, translate product specs into training, coordinate SMEs, and support new product enablement with templates and standards.
