University degree
ExperienceAt least 5 years experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management position.
Key Responsibilities01. Product Strategy & Roadmap Alignment:
Define and maintain the product roadmap required to support ISO programme objectives and upcoming standards releases.
02. Cross-Product Dependency Management:
Coordinate product, technology, and operational dependencies across teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
03. Product Definition & Requirements:
Translate customer needs, and business priorities into clear product requirements and implementation plans.
04. Technical Readiness:
Assess the impact of changes and drive technical readiness across affected products and services.
05. Programme Execution & Release Readiness:
Lead product readiness activities, managing risks, milestones, and dependencies to support successful releases.
06. Stakeholder Alignment & Governance:
Drive alignment and decision-making across product, engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
07. Adoption & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and operational performance to guide product evolution and roadmap decisions.
