Support the evolution, rollout, implementation, and adoption of Swift Payments Scheme capabilities. Gather customer and market requirements, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, develop enablement materials, facilitate workshops, monitor adoption, analyze industry trends, and support product launches and lifecycle management across the payments community.

Lead operational and technology risk reporting for executive and governance forums. Produce executive-level dashboards and analysis, identify emerging risks and trends, improve data quality and automation, support regulatory compliance (DORA, NIS-2), and coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security and Operational Resilience.

Leads pricing development for new SWIFT products and services, reviews existing pricing schemes, and models complex business and pricing scenarios. Coordinates implementation with IT, Billing, Support, Product, Finance, Legal, and commercial teams. Monitors financial industry and pricing trends, communicates pricing and economic models, engages customers when needed, and supports process and customer experience improvements.

Lead market research and analysis on financial services trends, emerging technologies, and regulations. Produce strategic insights, executive briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders and the Board. Drive deep dives on payments, securities, digital assets, AI, and financial market infrastructure, translating complex developments into actionable guidance.

Partners with global business leaders to execute people strategy, coach management teams, develop workforce plans, strengthen performance and learning cultures, improve employee engagement, support inclusion initiatives, manage sensitive employee cases, and enhance HR processes. The role collaborates with HR centers of expertise, finance, risk, initiative teams, and works councils across EMEA, APAC, and the USA.

Develop and maintain high-quality C++ code for financial messaging services; collaborate across teams; perform code reviews; diagnose and fix defects and performance issues; write and run unit and integration tests; participate in an on-call rota; keep current with industry technologies.

Supports product planning, feature launches, go-to-market initiatives, product marketing collateral, market and customer analysis, KPI monitoring, reporting, and strategy development for Swift’s standards products. The intern coordinates stakeholders, creates messaging and value propositions, maintains accurate product information, and delivers insights to support product decisions in the global financial services industry.

Lead second-line challenge of first-line control testing, ensure alignment with ERM and control frameworks, champion GRC tool adoption, sample and assess control tests, support RCSA activity, report progress and insights to executives, provide training and drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities for controls and testing.

Lead end-to-end enterprise risk reporting, turning complex data into decision-ready insight for the Board and Executive Committee. Shape reporting frameworks, validate data integrity, identify emerging risks, advise senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through better methodologies, automation and visualization to enhance ERM-aligned reporting.

Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests for a mission-critical web platform. Create test plans, automate test cases (Selenium), integrate tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), troubleshoot automation failures, report defects, and collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability.

Lead and execute IT and cyber audits: develop test plans, perform fieldwork, validate findings, clear exceptions, prepare concise audit reports, document per Internal Audit guidance, lead audit meetings, and follow up on remediation until closure.

Plan and execute first-line control testing for ICT risk, resilience, incident and third-party risk. Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls, document findings, produce management reports, track remediation and support audit/regulatory readiness. Coordinate stakeholders, improve testing methodology, and promote evidence management and automation opportunities.

Designs, maintains and operates risk reporting processes; prepares data-driven monthly, quarterly and annual reports and Board/Executive materials; analyses and challenges data, links internal and external drivers, presents findings, and leads continuous improvement of risk reporting aligned to ERM policy.

Prepare monthly business, project and financial reports; perform cost-benefit and profitability analyses; manage low-to-moderately complex projects; support governance and senior presentations; identify and implement process improvements; align financial analysis with business strategy and divisional priorities.
