Manage a team of ~6 product managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure products meet regulatory, customer and business needs within a complex global ecosystem.

Supports product planning, feature launches, go-to-market initiatives, product marketing collateral, market and customer analysis, KPI monitoring, reporting, and strategy development for Swift’s standards products. The intern coordinates stakeholders, creates messaging and value propositions, maintains accurate product information, and delivers insights to support product decisions in the global financial services industry.

Lead ISO 20022 product strategy and roadmap, define product requirements, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, ensure technical and release readiness, manage risks and stakeholder governance, and drive adoption and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and operational performance.
