Serve as the bridge between business, technology and delivery for the Swift payments scheme: gather and translate customer requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; support design evaluation, UAT, testing coordination, documentation, rollout and stakeholder engagement to deliver improved cross-border payments experiences.

Develop and maintain high-quality C++ code for financial messaging services; collaborate across teams; perform code reviews; diagnose and fix defects and performance issues; write and run unit and integration tests; participate in an on-call rota; keep current with industry technologies.

The Senior Product/Market Manager will develop new products, create market strategies, manage product life cycles, and engage with customers and industry stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
