  • More than five years' experience in investment product management or product development within financial services.
  • A strong understanding of the FCA regulatory environment and practical experience applying Consumer Duty, including Fair Value Assessments and customer outcomes monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Managed Portfolio Services (MPS) and the UK investment market.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
  • Experience operating within a first line risk environment, identifying and managing risks within your area of responsibility.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience preparing governance papers, reports or regulatory documentation.

It would also be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience working with UK investment platforms.
