Individual contributor responsible for building marketing measurement and experimentation capability across Customer Marketing. Design A/B tests and control groups, define KPIs, develop scalable reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Snowflake, Bloomreach, Google Analytics, Content Square), translate data into actionable insights, and coach marketing teams to embed evidence-based optimisation while ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

Lead end-to-end customer marketing transformation programmes, managing roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, and cross-functional delivery. Drive CRM and marketing technology initiatives, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and embedding customer-centric operating models to improve engagement and commercial outcomes.

Design, build, maintain and evolve cloud data platform and ELT pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to provision, model and govern data, automate CI/CD, create data quality tests, and recommend new technologies.

Designs, delivers and supports secure, resilient infrastructure across on-prem and cloud. Owns medium-sized technical designs and projects, mentors engineers, troubleshoots incidents, produces documentation, enforces change-control, and ensures security, capacity and operational standards are met.
