Lead and develop engineering capabilities across integration, data, and Generative AI. Responsible for strategic direction, team leadership, and governance in a regulated environment.

Lead and develop a team of business analysts to deliver business and IT change, working with senior stakeholders to define strategy, prioritise requirements, design solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee day-to-day delivery, remove blockers, liaise with suppliers, mentor staff, run performance reviews, and lead the BA Community of Practice to align analysis practices with organisational objectives.

The role entails managing a regional business plan, building partnerships with financial advisers, and promoting investment solutions to drive platform growth in the North West.
