The Role

As Product Manager - Integrations, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SD Worx's integration landscape. You will play a key role in building a scalable API ecosystem that enables seamless connectivity between our products, customers, and partners.

Working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, you will drive the evolution of our integration platform, including strategic integration capabilities such as the Workday integration layer. Your focus will be on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that create measurable customer value while supporting the transition away from legacy integration capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SD Worx's integration platform and API ecosystem.

  • Drive the development of API capabilities, including API strategy, API marketplace initiatives, developer self-service experiences, and API monetisation opportunities.

  • Lead the evolution of strategic integrations, including the Workday integration layer, ensuring strong customer adoption and business impact.

  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.

  • Manage the transition from legacy integration capabilities through a structured and customer-focused migration approach.

Must-have requirements

  • Proven experience in product management roles within platform, API, integration, SaaS, or B2B software environments.

  • Strong track record of defining product strategy and translating it into successful product roadmaps.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and customer-centric product development.

  • Ability to balance technical, commercial, and customer priorities to deliver business value.

  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Technical background in software development, integration technologies, APIs, or platform engineering.

  • Experience with API management platforms, developer ecosystems, or API monetisation models.

  • Knowledge of HR technology, payroll solutions, or enterprise software integrations.

  • Experience working with Workday integrations or similar enterprise integration environments.

  • Experience managing and developing a team is beneficial but not essential
