Lead the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence to define AI-native engineering practices, set technical standards and governance, drive adoption of agentic AI workflows, improve engineering maturity and developer experience, coach senior leaders, and embed continuous improvement across product tribes.

Deploys, supports, monitors, and improves finance integrations using SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Responsibilities include incident, problem, and change management; integration troubleshooting; master data quality and migration; testing; documentation; reporting support; and collaboration with customers, vendors, and international teams.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SD Worx’s integration platform and API ecosystem. Drive API capabilities, marketplace initiatives, developer self-service, monetization opportunities, and strategic integrations such as Workday. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, customers, and partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Lead migration from legacy integration capabilities while balancing technical, commercial, and customer priorities.
