Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SD Worx’s integration platform and API ecosystem. Drive API capabilities, marketplace initiatives, developer self-service, monetization opportunities, and strategic integrations such as Workday. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, customers, and partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Lead migration from legacy integration capabilities while balancing technical, commercial, and customer priorities.

Supports an international pricing and costing transformation project by assessing current practices, gathering stakeholder requirements, analyzing profitability drivers, and identifying improvement opportunities. Builds and tests scalable Excel-based pricing and costing models with scenario and sensitivity analysis. Helps design future-state governance, approval processes, KPIs, and standardized workflows, while presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Delivery, and Transformation.

Lead the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence to define AI-native engineering practices, set technical standards and governance, drive adoption of agentic AI workflows, improve engineering maturity and developer experience, coach senior leaders, and embed continuous improvement across product tribes.
