About the role
This is a high impact role for a Product Manager who wants to own the customer journey on our mobile app. You will lead the strategy and design for the browse and manage experience—from the homepage to product selection—and set the foundation for future innovation. We're not just optimizing; we're executing a major redesign to simplify decision making, bring customer visions to life, and significantly improve conversion. This role is about driving real change in one of our most critical channels.
How you embrace curiosity daily
- Define and champion the short-term vision and 6 to 12 month product roadmap for the mobile app experience.
- Lead continuous product discovery using user research, data analysis, and competitive insights.
- Translate insights into executable features, always looking for high impact opportunities to reduce friction.
- Act as the customer's voice, deeply understanding their problems to champion meaningful solutions.
- Prioritize effectively, owning the product backlog to align initiatives with strategic goals and business impact.
- Partner closely with Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Analysts to manage the development lifecycle.
How you make your mark
- Significantly increase key mobile app metrics such as App ratings, Net Promoter Score, Conversion Rate, and Average Order Value.
- Drive the creation of a best in class mobile eCommerce experience across multiple markets.
- Build a seamless, unified web and mobile ecosystem that harmonizes localized app requirements.
- Influence and align key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, and Operations on product initiatives.
- Identify and advocate for improvements across the entire customer journey, not just your core focus area.
- Ensure timely and seamless product delivery by collaborating effectively with engineering to remove blockers.
What you bring to the team
- Progressive Product Management experience in B2C eCommerce and mobile app development.
- Proven expertise in Customer Experience (CX), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and mobile app best practices.
- Exceptional data acumen, using analytics and A/B testing to measure impact and inform decisions.
- Strong ability to define product strategy and roadmaps using effective user understanding and prioritization frameworks.
- A true passion for user centered design and delivering exceptional, simple customer experiences.
- Proven ability to conduct product discovery and translate those insights into features people love.

- Experience with AI driven products or leveraging AI/ML in product features.
- Hands on expertise with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing and Go to Market teams.
