About the Role

As a Product Manager for SSRN, Elsevier's preprint server, you will own one or more product features end to end, working alongside the Senior Product Manager to shape the feature roadmap. • Formulate problem statements and test hypotheses through data and experimentation, including A/B testing
  • Write clear product requirements, whether as user stories, PRDs, or specifications, and manage backlog prioritisation for your feature area
  • Use data to identify and prioritise production issues and defects through to resolution

Requirements

  • Direct experience gathering and prioritising customer requirements through structured discovery
  • Ability to write clear requirements across formats and manage them through delivery
  • Experience using data and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Pendo, or equivalent) to inform decisions and test hypotheses
  • Experience supporting go-to-market activity and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI tools and services and their application to process improvement and product delivery
  • Track record of delivering features against measurable outcomes, working independently across multiple workstreams
  • Minimum 2 days a week in the London Wall office
