Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
Role overviewEnterprise video at scale is messy. Thousands of creators. Multiple workflows. Content moving across markets, languages, legal frameworks, and compliance regimes - leading to ineffective and inefficient workflows for admins, managers, and end users.
Organisations want the productivity gains that come with AI video at scale, but they also need the controls to manage it safely and the visibility to understand what's working.
We're hiring a PM to own the systems that make large-scale Synthesia deployments actually manageable: from how admins set up and govern their workspace to how content moves through review, translation, and compliance workflows - all the way through to the analytics and integrations that close the loop.
What you'll own
This role spans two tightly linked enterprise domains, the content lifecycle and compliance & governance.
These areas are deeply connected within our platform. The same enterprise customer who needs audit logs also needs to understand how their content library is growing, where workflows are breaking down, and how to give the right people the right access without creating chaos.
What you'll be doing
Owning the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running - from workspace setup through compliance controls
Getting close to enterprise customers: understanding how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners think about governance, and what "in control" actually looks like at scale
Translating that into clear product direction — what to build, in what order, and why — and keeping engineering and design aligned to it as the strategy evolves
Working closely with the engineering manager and designer in the team; writing clear specs, making good calls on trade-offs, and providing the context that helps engineers build the right thing first time
Partnering with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals — these features are frequently deal-critical and the commercial loop matters
Defining the metrics that tell us whether this layer is working: adoption of admin tooling, compliance feature usage, reduction in support escalations related to governance gaps
Who you are
You've excited by the challenge that comes with untangling the inherent complexity of enterprise platform products. You understand that governance and compliance work isn't glamorous, but you know it's the difference between a proof of concept and a seven-figure renewal.
You can hold a conversation with a CISO and with a content creator, and understand what each of them needs from the same system.
Requirements
7+ years in product, with direct experience owning a critical product domain - setting strategy, not just executing it
A track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results: ARR, retention, expansion, or equivalent
Comfortable working across a broad surface area — you can prioritise ruthlessly and make the case for what gets built next
Strong written communication: PRDs, strategy docs, and customer insight summaries that others can act on without a follow-up
Ability to ramp quickly on to the complexity of enterprise buying motions — you'll be close to the commercial team on complex deals and that context matters
Based in London or open to regular travel; the team is London-anchored and in-person time matters
