What you’ll be doing

We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Product Managers to join our Credit Cards Product Development team, supporting the next phase of growth and transformation within our Credit Card business.

This team is responsible for shaping segment‑led product strategy and designing end‑to‑end, customer‑centric credit card products and propositions, with full P&L accountability. The team also owns the partnerships' strategy for credit card products, working with external partners to deliver compelling value for both customers and the business.

Reporting into a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, launching and enhancing products that meet real customer needs. You’ll work closely with Platform and Engineering teams, Everyday Banking, other Credit Card product teams and external partners to take products from concept through to scalable, compliant delivery.

You’ll play a key role in delivering critical initiatives focused on either a major partnership launch or the development of instalments propositions. Throughout, you’ll balance customer value, commercial outcomes and risk, ensuring products remain competitive while aligned to risk appetite, policy and Consumer Duty requirements.

Why join us

The Credit Cards business is entering an exciting new phase of transformation, making this a great time to join. You’ll work on high‑profile initiatives, influence product strategy and help shape propositions that make a meaningful difference to customers.

Essential skills
  • 3+ years product management experience delivering end‑to‑end products or propositions from concept through launch and optimisation.

  • Product and proposition development experience within financial services, payments, lending or similarly regulated environments.

  • Strategy delivery experience, translating product strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities and executable plans.

  • 3+ years cross‑functional delivery experience working with technology, engineering, operations and risk teams using agile ways of working.

  • Strong analytical skills, using performance data, customer insight and market trends to inform decisions and prioritisation.

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing across teams and presenting clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Customer‑centric mindset, with a clear focus on delivering positive customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty.

Desirable skills
  • Credit cards, payments or BNPL experience, including proposition design or lifecycle management.

  • External partner management experience, working with third‑party providers or strategic partners.

  • Experience running product experimentation or test‑and‑learn initiatives.

  • Experience operating within regulated product and risk frameworks.
