Lead Markets Middle Office Transaction Management for Credit (primary and secondary bonds). Provide visible leadership, manage client and stakeholder queries, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, drive operational improvements and automation, oversee special purpose vehicle operations, and support front-to-back processes across Bonds, FX, Lending and CD/CP while shaping strategy and delivering change in a fast-paced global markets environment.

Provide advanced technical support and maintenance for mainframe Db2 on z/OS, including performance monitoring and tuning, DDL governance, troubleshooting critical online systems, driving the zDBA roadmap, implementing standardisation improvements, and coaching junior staff. Support includes incident and problem resolution and out-of-hours work as required.

Manage design, development and lifecycle of workplace pension investment propositions. Lead end-to-end client lifecycle strategy for Business Banking, driving personalised, data-led engagement, retention and cross-sell at scale. Own communications, segmentation, marketing technology roadmap, retention programs, cross-sell funnel performance and lifecycle operations, partnering with Product, Data, Risk and Platform to deliver compliant, agile and AI-enabled personalised journeys.

Lead commercial strategy for the Business Banking segment: set priorities, identify growth opportunities, shape investment cases, manage P&L performance, define sub-segments using client and market insight, drive delivery with Product/Finance/Data/Digital, influence senior leaders, and build high-performing teams to achieve measurable commercial outcomes while meeting risk and regulatory requirements.
