  • Deep dive into app analytics and metrics to understand journeys

Problem Solver - keen to make things better and up for the challenge of tackling unknowns. You:

  • Run structured experiments (A/B tests, phased rollouts) and make ship/iterate/stop calls based on data.

  • Define success metrics for every feature and set up the app to track them (retention, adoption, engagement, conversion)

  • Always sees the bigger picture of the product, whilst maintaining focus on the right priorities and the right time.

Stakeholder Manager - working with others seamlessly, hearing their needs, whilst being heard. You:

  • Collaborate with product & marketing teams on maximizing value for our users and the business.

  • Communicate user needs, roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders across the company.

  • Craft inspirational demos that convey the product vision and user benefits, whilst keeping the play at the centre.

  • Clearly document release notes for a range of audiences, including our partners in quality, regulatory and compliance.

Delivery – define, build, launch and grow exceptional products

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that development team can build and test against.

  • Partner daily with design, tech lead and TPM, to scope work, unblock decisions, and keep releases on track in the scrum team.

  • Triage and prioritise bugs, technical debt, and platform updates (iOS/Android OS changes) alongside new feature work.

  • Drive outstanding outcomes at every stage of the cycle – ensuring what gets built is the right thing for our users, done well, and continuously delights our users.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant hands-on product management experience with apps used for connected products, particularly those designed to deliver firmware updates to user devices.

  • Track record of shipping features that moved a core metric (retention, engagement etc).

  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable in conversations about APIs, app architecture, and platform constraints.

  • Demonstrable experience with modern user testing, digital product development and agile processes.

  • Able to define OKRs based on strategic priorities and run quarterly roadmaps from discovery through to delivery.

  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results with statistical rigor.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • A bias toward action, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Passion for interactive experiences and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Desire to push the bounds of LEGO play into new and unchartered play experiences.

  •  Experience with modern product development tools (JIRA, Confluence, analytics).
