As a Product Manager at CFC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Proactive Insurance products. You’ll work at the centre of our technology function — the engine room of the business — helping define solutions that enhance both our customer experience and business performance.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, cyber threat teams, cross‑functional business units, and senior leadership to align product direction with strategic goals. You will also lead and guide Product Owners, ensuring the wider product team remains focused, aligned, and equipped to deliver meaningful outcomes.

About the role
Within this role, you will:
- Conduct continuous discovery to understand user needs, market context, and emerging opportunities that shape our product strategy.
- Build alignment across stakeholders at all levels, proactively communicating progress and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, KPIs, and artefacts that support delivery of value across cross‑functional teams.
- Lead teams through change by ensuring clarity of purpose (“the why”) and securing buy‑in from key stakeholders.
- Use data‑driven techniques to evaluate and optimise live product capabilities, pivoting where needed to maximise performance.
- Manage, guide, and support Product Owners to deliver value aligned to the broader Proactive Insurance vision and CFC’s strategic objectives.
- Act as a connector across engineering, cyber threat, and other teams to ensure alignment and strong working relationship
About you
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager within the cyber sector.
- Experience working on significant cyber‑focused projects; insurance brokerage experience is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders, including C‑suite.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to create high‑quality user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for complex systems.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organised and outcome‑focused.
- Collaborative team player with resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to bring humour and balance under pressure
