• You will drive cross-cutting initiatives, with strategic importance for shaping the Product vision, throughout the organization.
• You will pro-actively learn about the Product and the organization by collaborating with different departments across solutions.
• You will lead, strategize, and implement highly complex program-level initiatives that affect multiple org units.
• You will partner with various stakeholders to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
• You maintain product roadmaps that align with the overall business strategy, incorporating input from customers and community partners.
• You will be responsible for your setting your own goals extracted out of given topics.
• You will not only propose and present solutions but also implement them throughout the relevant departments.
• As you gain product-related Dynatrace experience and specific domain knowledge, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow one specific Product domain. This is a central position at the helm of product & tech and a great starting point for your leadership journey inside Dynatrace Universe.

Leadership experience in the Product Management area:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
• 7+ years' experience in a Product Lead function and understanding of how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
• Entrepreneurial & Growth mindset with experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
• Ability to network within a complex organization to self-identify your go-to personas cross solution.
• Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver and help shape Dynatrace’s goal and strategy.
• You have a strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
• Be highly self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing, presenting and implementing solutions to complex and unique problems.
• Ability to deliver results leading into organizational improvements
• Outstanding communicator and presenter with excellent social skills.
• Ability to present thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level environment.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to list a salary range for this position, which is € 106,000 up to € 133,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
