- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
- Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
- Lead the strategy and execution of risk tooling products that support control assurance, audit readiness, risk reporting, and operational risk management
- Drive the transformation of manual risk and controls processes into scalable, automated, and continuously monitored solutions
- Partner with Engineering, Risk, Controls, Audit, and Architecture stakeholders to prioritize product investments and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement mechanisms to manage a portfolio of complex risk tooling initiatives
- Champion enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities that provide consistent risk insights and support executive decision-making
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve controls assurance, audit response, and risk management processes
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development and requirements definition
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience leading large-scale product portfolios focused on risk, controls, compliance, audit, governance, or operational resiliency
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Risk, Audit, and Control organizations
- Experience defining and executing product roadmaps for data, automation, workflow, or platform-based solutions
- Strong understanding of risk management, controls assurance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements within complex organizations
- Experience using metrics, analytics, and dashboards to drive product strategy and business outcomes
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- Experience with controls automation, continuous monitoring, or control assurance platforms
- Experience building products that support audit evidence collection, Requests for Information (RFI), or regulatory response workflows
- Familiarity with data platform, data mesh, or enterprise reporting architectures
- Experience applying AI or machine learning capabilities to risk, controls, compliance, or operational processes
