You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing our global supply base, driving innovation, quality, and sustainability through strong supplier partnerships and commercially intelligent product development.

Who you are

  • Skilled in supplier negotiation and relationship management, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple product categories and deadlines.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to drive product quality, innovation, and commercial value.
  • Managing product costings and driving intake margin, ensuring pricing aligns with both design vision and business targets.
  • Leading supplier selection, negotiating cost prices, and reviewing detailed cost breakdowns to engineer products to price point.
  • Collaborating with the Fabric team to negotiate fabric and trim costs and identify sustainable material opportunities.
  • Managing the product critical path, troubleshooting delays, and ensuring timely product sign-off and delivery.
  • Partnering with Design and Buying to evolve product concepts into commercially viable collections aligned with our brand identity.
  • Attending fit sessions as needed, advising on construction and cost implications to ensure best results in both fit and margin.
  • Working closely with the ESG team to drive the development of sustainable fabrics, trims, and practices.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the Product Development team to deliver best-in-class product and process execution.

What we’ll do for you

  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • Aviva DigiCare+ wellbeing services.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
