About the role
As a Product Developer Ninja, you will be a key contributor to Ninja's Product Development team, supporting the Geo Expansion business as it continues to grow existing portfolios and launch products into new global markets. This is a highly collaborative, fast paced role that offers exposure across nearly every function in the organisation, from Engineering and Marketing to Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
You will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative products to market, supporting successful launches, and ensuring 5 star customer satisfaction through strong execution, documentation, and cross functional alignment.
What you'll be doing• Support product management activities across new product launches, optimisations, line extensions, and improvements• Help manage products through their full lifecycle including growth, active, and end of life stages by resolving product, quality, manufacturing, and customer issues• Partner with cross functional teams to support merchandising, training, and digital content execution at retail• Conduct market and consumer research to identify opportunities, gaps, and competitive insights• Track product performance and communicate key learnings to drive action• Identify and evaluate cost, value engineering, and product optimisation opportunities• Collaborate closely with teams to align on product strategy, goals, and positioning• Support program launch execution and follow up on open initiatives with Product Managers• Manage the creation and execution of product support materials including in box collateral, FAQs, how to videos, and troubleshooting resources• Lead product development for domestic and international SKU extensions, ensuring timelines and production deadlines are met• Work cross functionally to deliver cost down and value engineering initiatives
What you'll bring• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field• 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, ideally within a consumer goods environment• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with SharePoint experience as a plus• The ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, high impact environment• Clear, confident verbal, written, and presentation communication skills• A highly organised, detail oriented, dependable, and resourceful approach• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
