Your role in the team
Join our rapidly expanding product team in the UK division, where you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end product design. You’ll be involved from the very beginning—identifying customer problems and clarifying commercial goals—through discovery, ideation, solution definition, customer testing, and detailed design development for production and beyond.
Our product designers are some of the company’s most passionate and informed customer advocates. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in understanding what traders think, feel, see, and do, and uncover the reasons behind those behaviours.
You’ll work hand in hand with your Product and Engineering counterparts, collaborating closely to bring high-quality, customer-centric solutions to life. You will operate within one of our core product domains: Lifecycle, Crypto, Investments, or Trading, supporting teams as they launch new features that elevate our offering, drive customer growth, and promote cross-sell across the broader product ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Owning the entire design process from ideation to implementation and everything that entails - UX, UI, prototyping and research
- Work with pace and energy to prototype, test and iterate design ideas
- Proactively observe, co-synthesise observations into insights, and implement learnings from customer testing and research
- Use excellent communication skills to get everyone, at all levels, excited about your work
- Collaborate closely with other UX and product designers, product managers and developers to create a world class user experience

- 3–5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end product design experience.
- Proven ability to optimise product funnels using data and metrics.

- Skilled at turning business and customer needs into clear, effective design solutions.
- Strong visual design abilities, from delightful interfaces to micro-interactions
- Comfortable working with complex, data-heavy user journeys
- Confident managing stakeholders and explaining design decisions to both experts and non-designers.
- Able to create interactive prototypes, including using AI tools to accelerate testing and iteration.
- Animation or micro-interaction experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong track record of delivering conceptual work backed by data and user insights.
- High attention to detail across the full design process.
- Data-driven approach, using metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
