We are currently looking for a Product Designer who will join our A-team and become a valuable member of Constructor family.

Report to the Head of Design.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding User and Business Needs: Collaborate with business and product departments to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct a thorough analysis of user context, motivations, and emotional states to inform the design process and ensure products meet user needs effectively.
  • Iterative Design Process: Propose and develop various design approaches and ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces, measuring their effectiveness through testing and feedback loops.
  • Design scalability: help develop Constructor’s design system and build your design solutions using our component library. Figma mastery is a must.
  • Team Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, constantly improving design processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders, including management, clients, and other teams, while also providing constructive feedback and support to peers.
  • Dig into complex product issues reported by customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Art or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 or more years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in product companies
  • You've designed and launched products with market traction
  • You've redesigned or improved experiences of live products
  • English language knowledge - technical (at least B1-B2 level)

  • Familiarity with learning management systems
