Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

• You’ll lead design across major product areas, owning both hands-on work and the direction, standards, and decisions that shape how the product evolves.

• You’ll spend time with customers - procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders at companies like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Gymshark - using those insights to guide both a quarterly roadmap and the longer-term design direction.

• You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape problem definition, scope, and sequencing - often before features are obvious.

• You’ll raise the quality bar across the Design team by setting clear expectations around UX, UI, and craft, and by modelling thoughtful, direct feedback.

• You’ll help define and evolve Omnea’s design system and patterns so teams can move faster without losing coherence as we scale.

• You’re excited by roles where your impact comes from both what you design and how you enable others.

• You like working in fast-growing environments where structure is still emerging and your judgment genuinely shapes how things get done.

• You enjoy tackling ambiguous, high-stakes problems and helping teams converge on strong decisions.

• You’re comfortable being close to customers and close to delivery - switching between strategy and detail as needed.

• You care deeply about craft, but you care just as much about building a low-ego team culture and commercial results that can sustain it.

• Design leadership at Omnea is hands-on, visible, and trusted - not a layer removed from the commercial implications and customer challenges.

• You’ll help define what “great” looks like for design as the company scales, influencing product direction, hiring, and ways of working.

• You’ll work on a product at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and operations, where good design materially changes how these companies operate.

• The bar is high, the problems are real, and the opportunity to shape a category - not just a feature set - is very tangible.
