Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to help us build and scale a world-class design organization at Omnea. In this role, you'll lead the design function across the company — driving vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction with Omnea is intuitive, elegant, and trusted.

This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic design leadership with organizational building. You’ll set the design bar, define team culture, and ensure we scale product quality alongside company growth.

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management!

• Own and evolve Omnea’s end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces and customer touchpoints.

• Manage and grow a high-performing team of product designers - including hiring, coaching, and performance development.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to drive alignment on roadmap, priorities, and user experience goals.

• Champion user-centered design practices - incorporating research, prototyping, and continuous iteration into the team’s DNA.

• Drive high-quality execution across all phases - from vision decks to pixel-perfect delivery.

• Shape and maintain our design system, brand voice, and internal design practices.

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in design leadership roles.

• Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments.

• Deep systems thinking -with a portfolio that spans early-stage design and scaled systems.

• Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner - you build trust quickly and lead with empathy.

• Experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools.

• You care deeply about product and design craft - and know how to scale that care across a team.
