Permanent full time

We’re looking for a Product Commercial Manager to join our Pricing & Product Operations team and help strengthen how we understand, demonstrate and measure the commercial value of our products.

This is a newly created role with the opportunity to build a new capability within IRIS. You’ll work across Product, Pricing and go-to-market teams to ensure product investment decisions are grounded in clear evidence of customer value and demand, helping us understand not just what we should build, but why it matters commercially and how we know it has delivered.

You’ll develop a consistent approach to value cases, support product teams in applying it and use customer, product and commercial data to understand the value our products create. You’ll also help connect this evidence to pricing, packaging, launches and renewals. A key part of the role will be using AI and automation to make this approach scalable, building repeatable tools and workflows that product teams can ultimately use themselves.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and own a consistent approach for assessing the customer and commercial value behind product investments.

  • Partner with product teams to build evidence-based value cases and provide clear commercial recommendations on significant investments.

  • Quantify the value our products deliver and help translate this into compelling propositions, pricing and commercial decisions.

  • Define how value should be measured before launch and track performance against expected adoption, demand, pricing and revenue outcomes.

  • Analyse customer usage and behaviour to understand realised value and inform customer segmentation, pricing and renewal strategies.

  • Provide recommendations on whether to continue, scale, change or retire products and initiatives.

  • Support major pricing reviews and new product launches alongside the Senior Pricing Director.

  • Build AI-enabled tools and repeatable workflows that make value analysis scalable across the Product organisation.

  • Turn complex data and analysis into clear commercial recommendations for Product, go-to-market and senior stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial analysis background who enjoys using data to understand performance, challenge assumptions and support better business decisions.

  • Experience in a commercial analysis, commercial finance, pricing, strategy or similar analytical role.

  • Strong experience building commercial models, business cases and data-led recommendations.

  • Confidence analysing areas such as revenue, customer behaviour, demand, pricing and commercial performance.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with incomplete or complex data to reach a clear conclusion.

  • An understanding of how customer value translates into commercial outcomes and business decisions.

  • Experience with SaaS or recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, retention, churn, margin and customer cohorts would be beneficial.

  • Confidence presenting commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • A hands-on, curious approach with the ability to challenge assumptions and turn complex analysis into a clear commercial story.

  • An interest in using AI and automation to improve and scale analytical processes.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Impact: Your work will influence millions globally.

  • Growth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.

  • Belonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.
