PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could be changes to the formula, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products or launching brand new ones.
You will enjoy this job if you like leading project teams to solutions and managing ambiguity in a fast pace changing environment.
You will spend your time leading complex projects autonomously, managing communication to senior stakeholders and using our Global Project Management Tool (Accolade).
We expect you to be able to demonstrate leadership behaviours and build widespread trust across the PCM community & with stakeholders.
We are seeking an energetic individual who thrives in an environment where ambiguity exists and is not afraid to speak up and take a proactive approach.
You will need the following skills and experience:

  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience of leading teams to collaboratively deliver solutions
  • Ability to identify risks and manage appropriate escalation
  • Comfortable to be able to present complex project data to senior stakeholders
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to multiple changes
  • High level attention to detail
