Lead change management for a global SAP S/4HANA and o9 planning transformation program. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, assessing organizational impacts, executing transformation interventions, coaching stakeholders, engaging senior leaders, improving business processes, and measuring change effectiveness across functions and geographies.

Supports UK&I HR transformation projects through project coordination, collective consultation, employee relations guidance, communications administration, issue escalation, and process improvement. Partners with People teams and managers to execute HR initiatives, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. The role is a hybrid, nine-month fixed-term position with occasional UK business travel.
