About Kyra

Kyra is a profitable, founder-led business with ten years in the influencer marketing industry. We have built long-term relationships with some of the world's leading consumer brands including H&M, SharkNinja and Coty, delivering influencer marketing services at scale.

Kyra is now entering its next phase of growth, expanding its technology platform built on a decade of proprietary data, enterprise relationships and deep category expertise. The platform enables brands and agencies to plan, execute and measure influencer marketing at scale. It is AI-native, subscription-based, and designed for organisations investing significantly in creator marketing.

This is a zero-to-one moment for a business that already has the customers, credibility and commercial foundation to succeed.

The role

At Kyra, we build software differently. Our product team uses AI-native tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, and others, to go from requirement to working product in days, not months.

This isn't about prompting your way to a prototype. It means owning the full lifecycle: understanding what a customer actually needs, shaping the right solution, and shipping it yourself. A Product Builder sits at the intersection of three disciplines that used to require three different people.

This role didn't exist two years ago. AI tooling has fundamentally changed what a single person can own end-to-end, and we've built our entire product team around that shift.

What you’ll do

Own discovery to delivery

  • Join customer and stakeholder calls, extract the real requirement underneath the stated one, then go and build it. No handoff. No ticket queue.

Build with AI-native tools

  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next to ship working software fast. Understand when to generate, when to edit, and when to reason from first principles.

Make product decisions under uncertainty

  • Scope features sensibly, make the right tradeoffs between speed and correctness, and know when something is good enough to ship versus when it isn’t.

Test and hold quality

  • Think adversarially about your own work. Cover the edge cases, write the test, catch the bug before the user does.

What we’re looking for

  • The best product builders today don't fit neatly into old categories. Your primary instinct should be product: you think in users, workflows, and outcomes first. But you need enough technical depth to know what's hard, what's easy, what's a shortcut that will cost you later, and how to actually build it.
  • You don't need to be a senior engineer. You need to be someone who has built things, understands how the layers of a system fit together, and isn't intimidated by code they didn't write. Curiosity about how things work matters more than credentials.

Technical familiarity

You should have working knowledge across:

  • Frontend vs backend tradeoffs
  • REST APIs and data models
  • Databases and data modelling basics
  • Caching strategies
  • Deployment environments (staging, production, CI/CD)
  • UI component libraries
  • Authentication flows
  • Performance fundamentals

Nice to have

  • Experience shipping products in a startup environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • A side project or two that you actually finished
  • Opinions about what makes software feel good to use
  • Experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or social media platforms

The details

  • Compensation: Market-competitive salary
  • Location: London-based with an office; team is mostly remote with some regular in-person days
  • Work authorisation: You must have existing right to work in the UK or EU. We're not able to sponsor visas for this role.
  • Team: You'll be joining a small product team of builders and engineers shipping end-to-end

Benefits
🌴 Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year
📚 Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills.
💰 Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work
🩺 Healthcare stipend for US-based team members
