What You'll Bring:
This role will act as a key Product Analyst of the Business Listings team and is responsible for supporting data analysis, customer interactive, identifying & implementing process improvements, and guiding roadmap initiatives based on customer feedback and understanding of market conditions. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the business listing software development, quality assurance, and product management teams. The Product Analyst will have the opportunity to lead third party integration management, data analysis process improvements, and partner to assist in management of development initiatives on the product roadmap.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

  • Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively to meet shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Assist in managing the software development backlog
  • Actively participate in all agile meetings (daily stand ups, sprint reviews, planning meetings, retrospectives)
  • Partner closely with product leadership to develop strategic direction for projects and planning such as the business listing roadmap
  • Immerse yourself in the service offerings to become a subject matter expert on all technical aspects
  • Solve complex problems related to results of data analysis, feedback from data licensing customers, and third-party integration management
  • Consistent partnering with Engineering, User Experience, Analytics, other Product Owners and Stakeholders to prepare for Program Iterations


Impact You'll Make:

  • 3+ years' experience in Agile Product Management and Data Analysis and knowledge agile software development methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in doing, supporting, partnering, or leading management of product backlog, writing effective user stories, facilitating communication & understanding between product, engineering, marketing, design, finance, sales, support, and sales
  • Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar,
  • Ability to act on data driven decisions while considering customer feedback and market conditions
  • Demonstrable strong interpersonal communication skills as well as written and presentation skills
  • A high level of commitment to championing the customer needs and user experience
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to identify improvements and act as a data driven decision maker


This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
