What You´ll Do:

  • Own the Customer Feedback Process: Design and manage our end-to-end process for enhancement requests, translating customer needs into clear, data-driven priorities for our product teams.

  • Serve as a Key Customer Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact for our most strategic enterprise customers, managing escalations with empathy and ensuring transparent communication.

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Create cross-functional visibility by building dashboards and reports that highlight the business impact of customer needs and emerging trends.

  • Improve Operational Excellence: Continuously refine and automate our tools and workflows to ensure customer feedback is handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Experience with the Dynatrace platform
  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to understand what customers really need.
  • Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and crisis‑management instincts.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive‑facing.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with both unhappy customers and internal leaders.
  • A product mindset: you understand how product, engineering, and roadmap processes work.
  • Comfort working with data to evaluate demand, impact, and prioritization.
  • Experience in Product Management, Engineering, Post‑Sales, or a similar role that bridges customer needs and product reality.
  • You ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and keep pushing until you understand the full picture.

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 85,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
