What You´ll Do:
Own the Customer Feedback Process: Design and manage our end-to-end process for enhancement requests, translating customer needs into clear, data-driven priorities for our product teams.
Serve as a Key Customer Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact for our most strategic enterprise customers, managing escalations with empathy and ensuring transparent communication.
Drive Strategic Insights: Create cross-functional visibility by building dashboards and reports that highlight the business impact of customer needs and emerging trends.
Improve Operational Excellence: Continuously refine and automate our tools and workflows to ensure customer feedback is handled efficiently and professionally.

- Experience in Product Management, Engineering, Post‑Sales, or a similar role that bridges customer needs and product reality.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 85,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
