We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Group Procurement team in London. Someone who’s curious, commercially sharp, and ready to make things happen.

You’ll work closely with our business teams and suppliers to deliver smart sourcing decisions, manage risk, and unlock value across our external spend. And you’ll help us build a procurement centre of expertise we’re proud of.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support our Procurement Delivery Lead to deliver sourcing activity that drives value and meets regulatory expectations. That means:

  • Analysing spend, suppliers, and markets to shape strong sourcing strategies

  • Running RFIs, RFPs and RFQs with confidence and clarity

  • Preparing tender documentation and commercial analysis that stands up to scrutiny

  • Assessing suppliers financially and commercially, using objective decision-making

  • Negotiating and managing supplier relationships to improve service, quality and value

  • Partnering with internal teams so they’re informed, involved, and supported

  • Improving procurement processes and helping shape how we work

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring:

  • Experience working in a procurement function

  • Knowledge of sourcing and category management activities

  • Experience running RFI and RFP processes

  • Commercial awareness and confidence reviewing contracts and statements of work

  • Strong organisation and planning skills

  • Great interpersonal skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence using Word, Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint
