Location: London

Reports to: Senior Director, Procurement EMEA

The Opportunity

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Procurement Manager to support procurement activity across major EMEA data centre developments and operational infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for leading sourcing activities for capital equipment, installation services and maintenance support across mission-critical environments.
Working closely with Delivery, Engineering, Operations and supplier partners, you will help drive commercial performance, supplier capability and project execution across complex infrastructure programmes.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing global business delivering large-scale digital infrastructure projects across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CAPEX & OPEX category leads with sourcing and procurement activities for OFCI equipment and repair & maintenance services across EMEA.
  • Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations and commercial recommendations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
  • Drive supplier performance, cost efficiency and delivery compliance across procurement programmes.
  • Track procurement milestones, purchase orders and delivery schedules aligned to project timelines.
  • Support supplier relationship management through KPI monitoring and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure appropriate long-term equipment support and service continuity.
  • Drive expediting tracking processes from order to equipment delivery on site, to ensure schedule conformance for OFCI purchases across our EMEA construction projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience managing procurement and sourcing activities within construction, engineering or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Strong commercial, supplier management and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Experience managing RFx processes, bid analysis and supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within data centres, mission-critical infrastructure or OFCI procurement environments is advantageous.
