What you’ll do

Analyze & Optimize: Dissect existing or define new workflows, implement data-driven improvements, monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure improvements are achieved and sustained

Structured Problem Solving: Break down complex operational challenges into manageable, logical workstreams to solve problems at their root

Full Ownership: Take accountability for the processes under your stewardship. You aren't just making suggestions; you have a relentless focus on getting things done and monitoring the long-term results

Stakeholder Management: Navigate a fast-paced environment by collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand and align key objectives and requirements to realise business value for leadership

What you need to have
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar)

  • Data visualisation/dashboarding skills (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar)

  • Ability to document processes clearly and work in a structured way

  • Curiosity about fintech, financial markets

  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation

Nice to have
  • Process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma)

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)

  • Prior data engineering experience (ETL pipelines, APIs, cloud data platforms)
