  • Ensure processes align with business capabilities, value streams, and organizational roles

  • Translate process designs into clear technology and automation requirements

  • Support change adoption through documentation, training input, and rollout readiness

  • Use BPMN and modelling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS, Miro) to create consistent, high‑quality process documentation

  • Build and maintain a process library and support continuous improvement

  • Partner with stakeholders and IS to enable workflow‑driven transformation

Process Analyst – Business Solutions (DEMEA)

Driscoll’s is looking for a Process Analyst to help design and implement future‑fit processes across our EMEA business unit. This role is central to how we operate today and how we evolve for tomorrow.

What you’ll do:

Identify, design, document, and implement business processes

Analyse current‑state workflows to spot pain points and opportunities

Ensure processes align with business capabilities, value streams, and organizational roles.

Translate process designs into clear technology and automation requirements

Support change adoption through documentation, training input, and rollout readiness.

Use BPMN and modelling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS, Miro) to create consistent, high‑quality process documentation.

Build and maintain a process library and support continuous improvement

Partner with stakeholders and IS to enable workflow‑driven transformation.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in process analysis, design, and documentation
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinker
  • Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled at turning business challenges into scalable process solutions
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about operational excellence
  • Business‑savvy with clear rationale behind recommendations
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (a plus)
