Our Supply Chain team are now looking for a Supply Chain Process Analyst to help drive transformation, enhance operational efficiency and support the continual improvement of our end to end supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple functions, shape best practice, and play a key role in the future of how our supply chain operates.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for evaluating, improving and transforming supply chain processes across Harrods. Working closely with the Supply Chain Solutions Manager and stakeholders across procurement, planning, logistics, fulfilment and inventory, you will lead end to end process reviews, run collaborative workshops, analyse current state processes and produce high quality documentation that supports both operational teams and strategic change.

You will identify process gaps, uncover root causes, develop clear documentation and support the design and implementation of improved ways of working. Through structured analysis and strong stakeholder engagement, you will ensure processes remain consistent, accurate and aligned with
business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end to end process review sessions to analyse current state, identify gaps and validate improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops to capture, clarify and refine business needs.
  • Developing high quality documentation including BPMN compliant process maps, SOPs and workflow guides.
  • Supporting solution design and implementation with accurate process insights and validated requirements.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and change impacts associated with new or updated processes.
  • Ensuring process documentation remains accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the supply chain to ensure processes are well understood and consistently applied.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives using data driven insights.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys working with complex processes, thrives in fast paced environments and brings curiosity, structure and clarity to your work. You will be confident engaging stakeholders, running workshops and managing changing priorities with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

You will have:

  • Experience of creating process models, maps and documentation using relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of end to end supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or similar.

You will be detail oriented, intellectually curious and motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful change. Your ability to build relationships, adapt quickly and think critically will help you thrive in this role.
