The Private Wealth Analyst will manage portfolio operations, maintain records, ensure reconciliation and investor reporting, and handle investor queries for the CEO's family office and compensation portfolios.

Overview of the team:
Working within BlueCrest’s Private Wealth team, responsible for the operations of the family office portfolio of the CEO and the deferred compensation portfolios for BlueCrest’s global population of portfolio managers.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio operations:
- Maintenance of portfolio records - transaction capture & allocation across investor portfolios.
- General ledger maintenance for across corporate structures of various complexity.
- Reconciliation of all portfolio assets
- Coordinating treasury management - oversight and support of cash flows required for portfolio transactions.
- Day to day correspondence with investors (BC staff globally) on all portfolio-related queries.
- Liaising with brokers for the execution of portfolio transactions in liquid markets.
Investor reporting & MI:
- Preparation of portfolio reporting for participants in deferred compensation & private wealth plans.
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc analysis/MI as required.
Candidate profile:
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in the operations & administration of fund/portfolio structures.
- Comfortable with the management and manipulation of large data sets. Experience with General Ledger systems would be beneficial.
Skills:
- The role requires a motivated and highly committed individual who has a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to analyse and communicate financial information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all staff, from executive management to traders/portfolio managers and operations professionals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of competing priorities and projects to tight deadlines.
