Role

As a Private Debt Associate, you will support the daily operations of the FinDox service. You will be part of a global team dedicated to providing top quality service mainly focused on timely, accurate delivery of important investment materials to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, verify, and update data on FinDox (Octus document aggregation/compliance service)
  • Establish and continually improve processes related to the private debt deal workflow
  • Work with other Octus teams to build cross-functional efficiencies and communication lines

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
