Sitting at the intersection between Business and Technology, our Product Division develops and delivers a high-quality front-to-back investment management solution. We are growing rapidly and have strategic plans to expand our range of products and services for the buy-side community over the next five years. You will be actively involved in innovation, creating and delivering value to our global clients.

We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to own and drive the development of our Investment Operations products, with a specific focus on settlement, and corporate actions. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in buy-side investment management operating models with the ability to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Investment Operations product vision and strategy, specifically covering settlements and corporate actions with clear commercial and functional targets.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Commercial, and Delivery teams, ensuring alignment through shared success metrics.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for differentiation within the Investment Operations domain.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery to business case approval, development, launch, and implementation.
  • Design and deliver SaaS-enabled capabilities as part of the product offering.
  • Prioritize outcomes for settlements and corporate actions working closely with product owners and development teams in agile sprints.
  • Ensure product success is measured by commercial performance and client outcomes, focusing on reducing operational inefficiencies and enhancing automation.
  • Work with the Go-To-Market team to articulate product value propositions, align competitive positioning, and support market development.
  • Continuously improve product offerings based on market insights and client feedback, with a focus on enhancing automation, exception management, and integration.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, agile work environment that reflects the company’s core values and leads to innovation.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize product delivery and enhance team efficiency.
  • Track and measure KPIs for product launches and ongoing performance.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Investment Operations or related product management, with expertise in settlements and corporate action workflows.
  • Solid understanding of buy-side investment management business models, operational obstacles, and technology solutions.
  • Agile Product Manager and/or Product Owner certification is highly beneficial.
  • High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work productively with stakeholders, teams, and external partners.
  • Strong ability to deliver innovative solutions that balance client-focused outcomes with commercial targets.
  • Focus on mentoring and supporting team members in reaching their goals and improving client value delivery.
