About the job

As Microsoft Dynamics 365  Principal Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Kantar’s strategic vision by leading the adoption and direction of our new Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales platform. Your work will directly influence the success of our technology transformation, driving operational efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and global operation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales, collaborating closely with technology, operations, and product teams. Your efforts will ensure that our systems support business goals and empower teams company-wide, making you a key contributor to Kantar’s continued growth and excellence!

Job Goals

This role will own the roadmap and lifecycle of the platform, driving engagement across sales, marketing:

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales

  • Define and drive CRM strategies that support our stakeholder needs

  • Act as the internal champion for Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to gather and prioritize business requirements.

  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements and functional designs.

  • Align platform development with departmental metrics.

Delivery & Optimization

  • Manage and prioritize the CRM product backlog, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Work with IT, developers, and vendors to ensure successful feature delivery and adoption.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, dashboards, automation rules, and customer touchpoints within the platform.

  • Promote a data-driven culture by ensuring high-quality CRM data and encouraging adoption of reporting and analytics tools.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • Proven expertise managing CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365 or similar systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), with a strong grasp of CRM workflows from lead generation to customer journey mapping. (Drives Results)

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules—Sales, Customer Insights —or a comparable suite, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product enhancements. (Customer Focus)

  • Practical familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) to optimise and automate business processes. (Tech Savvy)

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and deliver impactful CRM improvements through agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning. (Plans and Aligns)

  • Adaptability and resilience working in fast-evolving environments, with a passion for driving platform adoption and leading post-launch improvement initiatives. (Optimises Work Processes)
