A Day in the Life

Are you ready to help shape the future of cardiac pacing therapies across Western Europe? This is an exciting opportunity to join a strategic, execution-focused role where you will lead market development for cardiac conduction system pacing and bradycardia/CRT-P therapies, driving adoption, launch excellence, and clinical enablement across the region. You will play a key role in translating clinical evidence into practical market solutions, supporting major initiatives and helping remove barriers to adoption through clear strategy, strong cross-functional partnership, and customer-focused execution.

This role is focused on Western Europe and includes collaboration with country marketing teams, sales, clinical, medical affairs, training, market access, regulatory, and product teams. The position requires travel across the region (estimated at 20-35%) to support launches, clinical programs, and market development activities.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Define and execute market development strategies for cardiac conduction system pacing and bradycardia/CRT-P therapies across Western Europe
  • Identify and address clinical, workflow, operational, and perception barriers to adoption
  • Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches
  • Develop scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization approaches to support regional growth
  • Translate clinical evidence into practical customer tools such as workflows, checklists, and value narratives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field-ready assets, structured governance, and consistent prioritization across portfolio workstreams

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare or medical devices
  • Proven experience supporting product launches, therapy adoption, or portfolio transitions
  • Strong ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear customer value propositions
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and influence in a matrix organization
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Desirable criteria

Experience in cardiac pacing therapies or European healthcare systems would be an advantage. An advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, or MPH is also desirable. Experience working with clinical programs and evidence-driven market development would be beneficial.
