The Principal Internal Programme Manager – Data Office (m/f/d) plays a key role in translating strategic data priorities into actionable, enterprise‑wide initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data governance, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise data standards. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the position drives data maturity, transparency, and operational excellence across the organisation. It requires a strong data background, programme leadership experience, and the ability to deliver results through influence. - Proven experience in programme or project management within data, analytics, or governance environments
- Strong understanding of data governance, data management frameworks, and enterprise data strategies

- Analytical mindset with experience in data quality, reporting, and insight generation
