As the Principal Financial Analyst, you'll analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data to inform strategic and operational decisions. Quantitative analyses of budgets, expenses, investments, and other financial projects are conducted to deliver accurate, timely insights to leaders. The position partners with business units to track performance against goals and recommend actions. It's a high-level individual contributor role.
About the role
  • Analyze expenditures, depreciation, and investments, and recommend actions on financial procedures, plans, and controls
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports for internal partners and executives
  • Collect and analyze financial information for assigned business units to track progress against goals
  • Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions to evaluate alternatives against business objectives
  • Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, and recommend actions to senior leadership
  • Forecast financial and economic performance to inform decisions
  • Prepare in-depth evaluations of plans and proposals
  • Identify and apply new methods of analysis and presentation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Finance Team and consult with business partners to drive sound financial decisions
  • Pull and create reports for the team and senior leadership to track G&A expenses
  • Present findings and recommendations in clear, executive-ready formats
  • Manage ad hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed

About you
  • 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with executives
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in finance (preferred)
