About you:
You'll play a key role in helping the business achieve its goals through people. Partnering closely with leaders, you'll support the delivery of people strategies that strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee experience across your business areas.
 

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, growing technology environment, bringing a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution. Comfortable navigating complexity and competing priorities, you'll work across teams and functions to align stakeholders, support change and drive meaningful outcomes.
 

You're known for building trusted relationships and helping leaders translate people priorities into action. Through a combination of insight, influence and sound judgement, you'll support initiatives that improve team performance, strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.

You understand that successful organisations are built on engaged people, capable leaders and a strong culture. You're passionate about helping leaders create environments where individuals and teams can perform at their best while supporting sustainable business growth.
 

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies and initiatives aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.

  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, helping ensure change is effectively implemented, adopted and embedded.

  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent development, leadership capability, culture and performance.

  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform recommendations and support effective decision-making.

  • Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, improve team effectiveness and drive positive employee outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Employee Success Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful people solutions.
     

Your skills and experience might include:

  • Proven experience as an HR, People or Employee Success Business Partner within a complex, matrix organisation.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people priorities and support organisational change.

  • Strong capability across organisational design, change management, talent and employee experience.

  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive outcomes through collaboration.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using people data to inform decisions and measure impact.

  • Experience working in a high-growth technology, SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.
