The Role

Legend is hiring a Principal AI Productivity & Automation Architect, reporting directly to our Chief Gaming Officer. We’re looking for a hands-on builder with a proven track record of designing and deploying real-world automation systems, someone who can operate independently and drive high-impact initiatives across the organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to define and lead AI-driven productivity transformation from the ground up. Starting within our Gaming Pillar, you’ll identify where AI can unlock the most value and build the systems to make it happen, designing and deploying agentic workflows and automation that increase output, reduce manual work, and fundamentally change how teams operate.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll act as both a builder and strategic enabler, auditing workflows across functions, identifying high-ROI opportunities, and delivering scalable solutions using APIs, LLMs, and automation tooling. If you thrive in high-autonomy environments and want to shape how AI transforms an organisation at scale, this is an opportunity to have outsized impact.

In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.

Your Impact:

  • Identify and prioritise high-impact AI and automation opportunities across multiple functions
  • Design and build agentic workflows and automation systems end-to-end
  • Deploy scalable AI solutions that drive measurable productivity gains
  • Reduce manual and repetitive workflows across teams
  • Define and shape the organisation’s AI productivity roadmap
  • Drive adoption of AI systems through tooling, playbooks, and enablement

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record building real-world automation systems end-to-end
  • Strong hands-on technical capability building automation systems (APIs, LLMs, orchestration tooling; Python, TypeScript, or similar)
  • Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows or orchestration systems
  • Track record of scaling solutions across teams or organisations
  • Ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong business acumen - able to translate problems into practical, high-impact solutions

The Interview Process:

1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (45 mins via Teams)
2nd: Interview with our Chief Gaming Officer (45 mins video via Teams)
3rd: Interview with our team, CTO and Gaming - General Manager (1 hour via Teams)
4th: Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete a task before sending it back to us to review
5th: Presentation - this will be with our Chief Gaming Officer & CTO (this will be face to face and will last roughly 3 hours)

Legend is an Equal Opportunity Employer, but that’s just the start. We believe different perspectives help us grow and achieve more. That’s why we’re dedicated to hiring and developing the most talented and diverse team- which includes individuals with different backgrounds, abilities, identities and experiences. If you require any reasonable adjustments throughout your application process, please speak to your Talent Partner or contact the team on [email protected], and we'll do all we can to support you.
