About The Role

Knight Frank is the market-leading residential agency in Islington, renowned for delivering exceptional results, trusted advice, and unrivalled service across one of North London's most desirable property markets.
We are looking to hire an ambitious and accomplished fee earner to join our high achieving Islington Sales team with a focus on Prime listings.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, driven, proactive and high achieving agent ready to step up into a Prime role within a market-leading business. You will be entrusted with the sale of some of Islington's most prestigious homes, regularly advising on properties valued at £2 million and above, whilst working alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, winning instructions, nurturing client relationships, and further strengthening Knight Frank's position as the agent of choice across the Islington market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Conduct and oversee viewings, negotiate offers, and secure sales at the highest possible level, setting deals up for success and managing the process through to completion
  • Conduct market appraisals, provide expert pricing and marketing advice, and deliver exceptional client care throughout the customer journey
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism at every stage
  • Manage enquiries across all channels, including telephone, digital, and face-to-face interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through Knight Frank's internal systems, understand the importance of a diligent attitude toward best practice
  • Contribute to the continued growth, market share, and reputation of the business across Islington and the North London region.
     
About You
  • An established residential sales professional operating at Associate, Director, or Partner level, or an exceptional senior fee earner seeking the next step in their career
  • A proven track record of winning business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering outstanding sales results
  • Strong knowledge of the Islington and wider North London residential market would be advantageous
  • Experience selling prime and upper-prime residential properties is highly desirable
  • Commercially minded, driven, and motivated by delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
  • An outstanding communicator with strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach
  • Collaborative, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a high-performing positive team culture
