This is a great job for someone who has proven experience working in asset management with up-to-date knowledge of investment industry, products, product data and working in a regulatory and compliant way.

A bit about the job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Presentation Manager to work within the Aviva Investors Customer and Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the creation and management of client and capability presentations and associated literature. Your key responsibilities will be to deal with the end-to-end management of the presentation process including template design, production, compliance, and publishing. You will be accountable for the production of core product literature (fund/strategy in briefs), ensuring data accuracy and that the brand and style guidelines are followed to ensure consistency.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Client focused with strong attention to detail to deliver clear and compelling messaging and information to target audience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Organised and driven to deliver key projects and initiatives - especially when working to tight deadlines and a range of key stakeholders.

• Experience in client reporting and the creation of client presentations across global wealth and institutional channels.
