This role is pivotal in driving ISV (Independent Software Vendor) success and expanding the Lansweeper footprint within the ISV ecosystem. It involves designing and presenting technological solutions tailored to prospective clients' needs, enhancing sales success through technical support, and cultivating strategic partnerships with other software vendors. You will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Presales Support• Partner with the ISV Business Development Team to engage with prospective partners throughout the sales cycle.• Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to stakeholders.• Develop deep knowledge of all the APIs available for integration and embedding the Lansweeper technology into ISVs products.• Onboard and enable ISV and OEM partners to drive indirect sales and foster long-term collaboration.• Educate sales and partner teams on the technical aspects and share ISV use cases.
Solution Design and Architecture• Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges.• Develop tailored solutions leveraging Lansweeper's asset management platform and integration capabilities.• Create architectural blueprints, integration plans, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase value.
Partner Engagement• Work closely with technology partners to help them design and build integration apps that leverage Lansweeper's unique technology.• Advise Lansweeper partners on leveraging integration opportunities to grow their business.• Become a subject matter expert on Lansweeper's technology partners and their built integrations.
Collaboration and Enablement• Collaborate with product and engineering teams by providing partners feedback to guide and shape future enhancements and feature developments• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and best practices.• Maintain detailed records of client engagements, technical challenges, and resolution strategies.
Continuous Improvement• Turn ideas into solutions, influencing the direction of Lansweeper's offerings.• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What you bring to the table:• 10+ years of experience in a presales, solution architect, or technical consultant role, preferably in the software industry.• Proven track record of designing and delivering technical solutions for complex client needs.• Experience working with or integrating Lansweeper or similar technology is highly desirable.• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in engaging with senior-level partners and decision-makers.• In-depth understanding of IT asset management, discovery tools, and integration technologies.• Strong knowledge of API integration, software development, and data architecture.• Familiarity with ISV business models, including customization and embedding of solutions.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.• Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building relationships and achieving client success.
Going for gold?• Experience in SaaS or software sales• IT savvy, knowledge of IT asset or network management tools• Cyber security experience• Preferably multilingual, with capabilities in Spanish, French, German or Portuguese• Self Starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision• Experience working for a global company• Deep understanding of market dynamics and business drivers to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to partners.• Proven success in navigating complex organizational structures and adapting approaches to suit different decision-making styles.
