This role is more than just about closing deals-it's about being a trusted advisor, a creative problem-solver, and a driving force behind our success. You will collaborate with dynamic teams, gain deep market insights, and play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Nurturing Leads & New Opportunities
  • Research and identify potential customers within the target territory.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and close collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Attend designated industry events and networking opportunities to connect with prospects.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and sales priorities.


2. Sales Engagement

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand customer pain points and requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, articulating how our solutions can address specific business challenges.
  • Build rapport with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales proposals that align with customer objectives.


3. Deal Closing

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, addressing objections and providing solutions to close deals effectively.
  • Negotiate win-win terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and organizational growth.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas.


4. Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including presales engineers and channel managers, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to track pipeline activities, deal progress, and ensure weekly forecasting.


What you bring to the table:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in customer acquisition or new business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle volume and not loosing track of opportunities in the entire sales funnel.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to handle different deal sizes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field


Going for gold?

  • Experience in SaaS or software sales
  • IT savvy, knowledge of IT asset or network management tools
  • Multilingual, with capabilities in Spanish, French, German or Portuguese for example
  • Self Starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working for a global company
