Job Responsibilities:
Deine Aufgaben:• Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft• Mitarbeit in spannenden HR Projekten in einem internationalen Unternehmen (z.B. im Bereich Kommunikation)• Abwicklung des On- und Offboardingprozesses unserer Mitarbeiter_innen (z. B. Erstellung von Stellenbeschreibungen, Vertragsunterlagen, Zeugnissen)• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Teilprojekten innerhalb unseres Teams• Systempflege in SAP sowie in internen HR-Systemen (bspw. SAP Success Factors, Workday)• Ansprechpartner unserer internationalen Mitarbeiter_innen
Wonach wir suchen: • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise• Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten• Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse• Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Recht oder vergleichbarer Studiengang• Erste absolvierte Praktika im Personalbereich wünschenswert• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen
