  • offenes, kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
  • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Sozialkompetenz
  • Eigenmotivation, Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
  • absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion
  • sorgfältiger Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • SAP HR oder Workday Kenntnisse wünschenswert
